Standard Terms and Conditions For Accommodation at Villa Rumah Kami Lembongan Island Bali.
A Deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking. Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 14 days prior to your check in at Villa Rumah Kami, if not the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let it.
Cancellation if caused by the client shall be fully refundable within 2 months of occupancy less $100 cancellation fee whereby after this time only 50% of monies paid will be refunded unless property is re let for the same period then only the $100 cancellation fee will apply.
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Registration Form or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenant’s responsibility during their stay and may be taken out of the security bond paid with final balance.
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is (10.00am) to allow time to prepare property for next guests but you may contact us to organise a late check out and if no bookings have been taken for the same day this will not be a problem and no extra charge will apply the same conditions will apply for check-in of which normal time is 2.00pm but if property has been vacated then early check in will not be a problem either.
Disturbance to our neighbors, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
A bond of $500 is payable by credit card or direct deposit at the same time as the balance falls due. This is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements and any extra guests beyond those declared etc. The bond will be fully refunded within 14 days of checking out subject to the above conditions being met.
We have a no smoking policy inside our villa but smoking is permitted on the pool deck or outside ground area.
We have provided in room safes in each bedroom for your valuables and the owners or our staff takes no responsibility for the tenant’s personal property.
Our staff will be happy to take any of our guests to visit the internet café, do a little shopping at the local supermarket, shops or a tour around the island etc, all you need to do is check the rate with our manager who will source the required number of vehicles for your party. These trips will need to be paid for in full to our manager either at the time of booking or on completion of your journey.
We wish to advise our guests that the villa owners or staff accept no responsibility or liability for services rendered with regards to hiring or traveling as passengers in vehicles leased by our guests, therefore we strongly recommend that our guests purchase travel insurance prior to your visit.
Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.
